Cancellation policy

Notification for cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email: isermm@agh.edu.pl or fax to Organizers.

Cancellation received by July 15th, 2012 shall be refunded with 65% of the registration fee and no refund from August 15th, 2012.

Fee covers: Participation in the conference, book of abstracts, social program and coffee breaks, excursion, welcome reception and VAT.
